Job summary

Truesec seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Engineering Team. You will build, automate, and operate cloud foundations that empower our internal developers and enable secure, scalable software delivery, working alongside cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced security focused environment.

In this role you will enable other engineers by designing paved roads, removing friction in delivery, and ensuring systems run securely at scale. Sweden citizenship or EU work permit required.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Ansible).
• Experience designing & managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience with containers (Docker).
• Good understanding of observability pillars: logging, metrics, tracing.

The Role

This is a hands‑on, deeply technical internal platform role, you'll spend your days building, automating, and operating the cloud foundations that the rest of our engineering organization depends on. Working side by side with our development teams, you'll give them the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation they need to ship secure software quickly and reliably.

This is not a customer‑facing position. Instead, you are the engineer who makes other engineers faster: you design the paved roads, remove friction from the delivery process, and ensure that everything teams build runs securely and at scale. If you love staying close to the technology and solving real infrastructure problems with your own hands, this is the role for you.

You will:
