Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring a network engineer to help build a next‑generation banking network with both on‑prem and public cloud presence. You will ensure high availability and continuity of network services to support essential traffic and business needs.

You will join a motivated team of engineers, apply automation and scripting, and apply agile methods to deliver robust network solutions in a fast‑paced financial environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with MPLS, IPVPNs, ACI, IPSec and public cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of network automation, CI/CD, Ansible, Jenkins and scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring and data‑plane tools (Zabbix, DDI, Oxidized) is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical network solutions.
• University degree in Computer Science or related field; fluent English; agile IT experience.

Requirements

• Experience of working with MPLS, IPVPNs, ACI, IPSec, IOS-XR/NXOS & public cloud environments such as Azure and/or AWS
• Knowledge and experience of network automation, CI/CD, Ansible, Jenkins and scripting
• Familiarity with Zabbix, DDI and/or Oxidized is a plus
• Ability and the professionalism to understand business needs and develop them into technical solutions
• Experience with creating & implementing solutions that fit the business technical requirements
• University Degree, preferably in Computer Science and/or previous relevant working experience
• Fluent in English in both text and speech
• Experience of working with Agile methods within the IT-sector
