We are a leading SaaS company driving the digital transformation of the construction industry through innovative technology, making it safer, more productive and more sustainable. We are looking for experienced .NET Developers who want to solve meaningful technical problems and help us continue developing our Workforce Management solutions for the construction industry.

About The Role

Our products help construction companies manage their workforce and processes on construction sites. Your work will contribute to better control, compliance, safety and efficiency.

You will join our tech team in Jönköping and work with three of our Workforce Management products used in the construction industry across the Nordics.

The role combines new development with modernization and maintenance of established products.

You will:
  • Develop and maintain our products using C# and .NET.
  • Build backend functionality and APIs.
  • Work with SQL and data-driven applications.
  • Develop new functionality and modernize existing solutions.
  • Contribute to technical and architectural decisions.
  • Write maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Work with analysis, estimation and technical documentation.
  • Review code and help improve our development practices.
  • Support and mentor other developers.
Who You Are

We value developers who can analyse problems independently, understand the broader context and compare different technical solutions and their trade-offs. You take ownership of the code you develop and are comfortable learning new technologies when needed.

You have at least 5 years of professional software development experience and strong skills in:

  • C# .NET
  • Object-Oriented Design
  • SQL

  • AI-assisted software development
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Entity Framework
  • ASP.NET Web Forms
  • Angular
  • TypeScript
  • JIRA
  • TFS

English is required. Good proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.

  • 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays
  • Pension and insurance
  • Wellness benefits and activities
  • Parental leave support
  • Flexible working
  • Social activities with colleagues

Interested? We are continuously interested in getting in touch with experienced .NET developers who could be a good fit for our team.
