If Nordic IT Corporate is seeking a Senior .NET & Azure Developer to deliver integration-driven solutions across HR systems, payroll, and employee data across the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will work with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to streamline development and ensure reliable data flows.

The role emphasizes senior autonomy, architectural input, and secure handling of sensitive information, with hybrid work options in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET and Azure technologies.
• Experience with data integrations and HR/payroll systems is meritorious.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing end-to-end HR data integrations.
• Manage data loading, transformation, validation, and output.
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and secure handling of employee data.
• Drive Azure configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in Agile projects.
• Provide technical direction and architectural decisions.
