Job summary

Opinov8 is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design, build, and own C#/.NET services that integrate AI capabilities into our platform. You will develop REST APIs and event-driven microservices deployed in Azure, collaborating with product and the Tech Lead.

The role emphasizes clean code, automated tests, and CI/CD, with opportunities to work on AI tooling and scalable architectures in a remote, global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional C#/.NET experience with .NET Core/6+.
• Strong backend design skills: REST, event-driven, microservices.
• Cloud experience in Azure and deploying cloud-native services.
• Solid fundamentals: clean code, automated tests, CI/CD.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services or external APIs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team with good async communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own backend services in C#/.NET that integrate AI components.
• Contribute across architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead and engineers to plan features and estimates.
• Work with Product to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
