Job summary

Lovable is seeking a product-minded fullstack engineer to own end-to-end mobile slices in a fast-moving environment. You will ship native features, maintain compliance with App Store and Google Play, and improve the web-native bridge between the WebView and native capabilities.

The role offers ownership across onboarding, authentication, push, and in-app purchases. Ideal candidates have 6+ years at high-growth companies, strong TypeScript/React frontend skills, production React Native

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience at high-pace, high-scale companies.
• Strong fullstack background with TypeScript/React on frontend and Node.js on backend.
• Hands-on React Native production experience, including native module integration.
• Experience shipping and maintaining apps through App Store and Google Play, including Sign in with Apple, IAP, Android policy reviews.
• Product instinct focusing on user outcomes, not just APIs.
• Comfort building abstractions over vendor APIs and familiarity with AWS/GCP.
• Experience with push notification infrastructure or native device integrations is a strong plus.
• Have shipped features in fast-moving, high-ownership environments with multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Build and own native mobile features end-to-end: onboarding, auth, push notifications, in-app purchases/credit top-ups, and share targets.
• Improve the web-native bridge connecting in-app WebView to native device capabilities (keyboard, haptics, camera, file sharing).
• Own App Store and Play Store submissions, review compliance, and release tooling (TestFlight, Play Console, Fastlane).
• Diagnose and fix native-specific bugs and performance issues across iOS and Android.

What we’re looking for

• At least 6 years of relevant experience at high-pace, high-scale companies
• Strong fullstack background: deep comfort with TypeScript/React on the frontend and Node.js or similar on the backend
• Hands-on experience with React Native in production, including native module integration.
• Experience shipping and maintaining apps through the App Store and Google Play, including review/compliance cycles (Sign in with Apple, IAP, Android policy review)
• Product instinct: you think in user outcomes, not just API endpoints
• Comfort working with third-party services and building clean abstractions over vendor APIs. Familiarity with managed cloud services (AWS, GCP) and the tradeoffs of buy-vs-build
• Experience with push notification infrastructure or native device integrations is a strong plus
• You’ve shipped features in fast-moving, high-ownership environments where you wore multiple hats

What you’ll do

• Build and own native mobile features end-to-end: onboarding, auth, push notifications, in-app purchases/credit top-ups, and share targets
• Improve the web-native bridge that connects the in-app WebView experience to native device capabilities (keyboard handling, haptics, camera, file sharing)
• Own App Store and Play Store submissions, review compliance, and release tooling (TestFlight, Play Console, Fastlane)
• Diagnose and fix native-specific bugs and performance issues (cold start, preview loading, crash handling) across iOS and Android
