Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Manufacturing Scientist for the Uppsala MS&T team. You will provide technical oversight for assembly and packaging, drive process improvements, and lead complex investigations.

You will analyze data, collaborate across functions, and support regulatory inspections to ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing. Ideal candidates hold a 6–10 year track record in biopharma/manufacturing, with strong analytical skills and experience in validation, DOE/Six Sigma, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in chemistry or related field.
• Experience in biopharma, medical devices, or manufacturing (6–10 years).
• Strong investigations and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of GMP/regulatory frameworks and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for assembly and packaging processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance robustness and quality.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA implementation.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and ensure GMP compliance.
• Support regulatory inspections and validation activities.
