Job summary

Solenis in Sweden seeks a Senior Sales Account Manager for Industrial Water Treatment in the Gävle area. The role combines field-based customer engagement with technical advisory across pulp & paper and water-intensive industries, delivering value through expert solutions and strong relationship management.

You will develop and expand key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and work with local and international teams to ensure projects meet client needs with safety and sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar technical field.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in project management or customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to work independently and drive development within assigned customer accounts.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services to customers and internal business units.
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends.
• Develop project plans, monitor project progress, and ensure delivery according to plan.
• Participate in and follow up on local and international trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
