Job Title: Senior Hardware Developer

Location: Onsite in Sweden

We are seeking a hardware developer with a focus on PCB design. You will collaborate closely with digital, mechanical, thermal design, and production teams to develop high-quality PCBs.

Your responsibilities will include: requirement analysis, product lifecycle management support, and technical documentation of PCBs. You will join a team dedicated to PCB design using Cadence Allegro and work with multifunctional development teams emphasizing continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design PCBs using Cadence Allegro
• Develop and analyze board floor plans
• Drive improvements in PCB/PBA design processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant PCB design experience
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro or similar PCB design tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Understanding of mass production and statistical design methods
• Knowledge of thermal design principles
