Job summary

Swift Navigation is seeking a Staff Engineer to join our GNSS corrections engine team in Stockholm or flexible work arrangement. You will design and implement advanced GNSS positioning algorithms, contribute to PPP/RTK and atmospheric modeling, and lead critical features through full development lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions across Skylark services.

Qualifications

• Strong background in GNSS positioning algorithms (PPP/RTK/SSR-based) or similar systems.
• Deep understanding of atmospheric effects on GNSS signals and mitigation approaches.
• Experience delivering large-scale production-grade software projects.
• Proficiency in C++ with clean, well-tested code.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, implement, and document GNSS corrections engine features (PPP/RTK).
• Provide technical leadership across the Skylark engineering group.
• Drive code quality via reviews, design discussions, and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align releases.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team development.
