Job summary

Wioniq Nordic seeks a hands-on Fullstack Developer who will also lead a technical team of 5–7 people, developing robust, scalable IoT platform solutions. You’ll provide direction by prioritizing work, coordinating daily tasks, and removing blockers while collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

You’ll work across the full development cycle from concept to production using Go, TypeScript/Node.js, Vue3, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL, balancing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fullstack development with Go and/or TypeScript/Node.js
• 3+ years in a Team Lead or similar leadership role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different personalities, roles and stakeholders
• Experience in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux) is a plus
• Post-secondary education in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

About the role

You’ll take on a central role as a hands-on Fullstack Developer while also leading and coordinating a technical team of approximately 5–7 people. A significant part of your day will be spent developing alongside the team, building robust and scalable solutions and contributing to the continued evolution of our IoT platform.

Alongside your own development work, you’ll provide direction for the team by setting priorities, coordinating the day-to-day work and helping remove blockers. You’ll also collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders across the organization, making sure technical priorities are aligned with customer needs and business goals. When requirements shift or the scope changes, you know how to reassess, prioritize and keep the work moving forward.

You’ll be involved throughout the entire journey, from concept to production, working with a modern tech stack including Go, TypeScript/Node.js, Vue3, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL. Here, leadership means staying close to both the technology and the people, creating clarity, communicating across teams and making sure everyone is moving in the same direction.

• 6+ years of experience in fullstack development, working with Go and/or TypeScript/Node.js and modern frontend frameworks such as Vue, React or Angular
• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar technical leadership role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different personalities, roles and stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize, create structure and keep delivery moving when requirements or scope change
• Experience working in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux) is a plus
• Post-secondary education i Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Swedish is a plus
