Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Store Performance team. You will design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack solutions while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence.

You’ll work with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to turn business needs into practical technical outcomes, exploring AI-powered experiences and innovative approaches to improve store performance across markets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong full stack development with modern web technologies.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.
  • Mentoring others and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Curiosity about AI, intelligent applications, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain modern full stack applications and services.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical roadmap decisions.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering partners to deliver customer value.

As we evolve from traditional dashboards towards intelligent decision support,you'llplay a key role in shaping the future of the platform.

As a SeniorEngineer,you'llcombine hands-on development with technical leadership, helping the team design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the full stack while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence.

In addition to above you will:
