Job summary

Tech Wings AB is seeking a senior engineer to lead backend architecture, drive frontend quality, and mentor engineers across fintech, insurance, SaaS, and enterprise software. You will write production code, make architectural calls, and communicate trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders.

Design scalable, cloud-native apps with TypeScript/Node.js and React, architect services using NestJS/GraphQL, and optimize databases like PostgreSQL and Redis.

Qualifications

• Design and build cloud-native apps with TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Architect backend services with NestJS, GraphQL and microservices.
• Lead database design and optimization for PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Drive CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
• Engage with US and Nordic teams and mentors engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Architect backend services using NestJS, GraphQL, and microservices on AWS.
• Lead database design and optimization across PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments.
• Work across async messaging layers (Kafka, SQS) in distributed systems.
• Build and maintain real-time communication features with WebRTC and peer protocols.
• Consult with client engineering leads on architecture and delivery strategy.
• Collaborate across US and Nordic client teams and mentor mid-level engineers.
