Overview

Zynca is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Front-end Developer to join our growing team in the labor market services and recruitment domain. In this role, you will play a key part in building and shaping modern web applications that directly impact how candidates and employers connect. We are looking for someone who not only delivers high-quality code, but also actively contributes ideas, improvements, and technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable front-end solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to turn ideas into well-crafted user experiences.
• Build reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS and integrate applications with GraphQL APIs, ensuring high standards in performance, accessibility, and code quality.
• Take ownership of features from concept through development and production, proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions that enhance the product and the development process.
• Influence technical decisions and help evolve the front-end architecture in a sustainable way; stay up to date with modern front-end trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in React and Next.js and strong TypeScript skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and GraphQL.
• Good understanding of modern web performance, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• A strong eye for visual detail—spacing, typography, alignment, and motion—and the ability to translate complex designs into clean, performant, and maintainable code.
• Ability to apply advanced frontend techniques, including modern CSS, layout systems, animations, and performance optimizations.
