Job summary

Spotify is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a group of Engineering Managers and 50 engineers across the IT Studio. You will set engineering strategy, strengthen practices, and partner with product and studio leadership to balance engineering investment with business priorities.

You will lead across multiple teams, champion reliability, security, and privacy, and shape how AI is used company-wide. This role is based in London or Stockholm with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience and experience leading Engineering Managers across multiple teams.
• Experience leading engineering organisations at scale with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise tech such as identity & access, SaaS platforms, endpoint management, workplace technology, architecture, or related systems.
