Your Role

As a Senior Technology Consultant, you’ll operate at the intersection of technology, leadership, and digital entertainment, helping our clients build exceptional products while also shaping Dashy as a company. This means:

• Providing technical leadership to teams across all stages of development, from early prototyping to full-scale production and live operations.
  

• Shaping technical strategy and architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client goals.
  

• Driving engineering best practices, including code quality, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
  

• Growing and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  

• Balancing multiple responsibilities, delivering high-impact work at our clients while also contributing to Dashy’s growth.
  

• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from hands-on engineers to business executives, bridging technical and strategic discussions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable technology leader with a strong consulting mindset. You likely have:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on game or interactive media technologies.
  

• 3+ years in a leadership role (Tech Lead, Tech Director, or similar), with hands-on experience guiding engineering teams, driving technical strategies, and ensuring timely delivery.
  

• A strong technical foundation, with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  

• Proven experience across the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to production, shipping and live operations of digital products, ideally in games or interactive experiences.
  

• Deep understanding of backend and client-side development, including networking, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
  

• Experience mentoring and growing engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  

• A passion for digital entertainment, aligning with our mission to create experiences that matter.
