Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our Grid Automation team in Sweden. You will design relay and control systems for substations, collaborate with customers and international project teams, and lead electrical design activities across projects.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, safety, quality, and continuous learning, with flexible working arrangements and career growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design within transmission and distribution projects.
• Experience using EPC ElMaster for design and drafting; experience with E3 is also relevant.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with ability to identify opportunities, collaborate, and take the lead when needed.
• A university degree or vocational (YH) education in electrical or other relevant technical field is considered an advantage.
