Sigma Group is seeking a Senior Electrical & Automation Engineer to join our team on-site in Ludvika, Sweden. You will lead electrical and automation projects, develop PLC and automation systems, and coordinate across disciplines with suppliers and customers.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of relevant experience in industrial environments, familiarity with MicroSCADA and MAC systems, and strong ownership and collaboration skills. English required; Swedish is a strong advantage.

Qualificações

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in industrial automation or heavy industry.
• Experience with PLC systems and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of MicroSCADA and MAC systems.
• Experience from steelworks, mining, energy, or heavy industry is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration and technical leadership capabilities.
