Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of IAM, enterprise identity implementation, or technical consulting experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience with at least one of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ, Saviynt EIC/IGA, or Okta.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, JML, and RBAC.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with AD/LDAP, cloud directories, HR systems, databases and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiar with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SCIM, SAML or OpenID Connect especially for Okta-based work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across identity workflows and integrations.
• Experience documenting designs, runbooks, SOPs and deployment activities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, integration, deployment and ongoing support of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Deliver hands-on implementations using SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta aligned to client designs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, configs and docs.
• Implement Joiner/Mover/Leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC across processes.
• Configure roles, entitlements, access policies, certifications and reviews where applicable.
• Build and maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, apps, databases and APIs.
• For Okta, handle app integrations, lifecycle, SSO/MFA, APIs and Workflows.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, workflows and upgrades; support testing and releases.
• Create runbooks, SOPs and implementation records; plan testing and defect resolution.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and teams; support project planning.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant - Identity Access Management to design, implement, integrate, support and optimise enterprise identity solutions for clients. This is a hands‑on technical consulting role for an experienced IAM practitioner who can take ownership across the delivery lifecycle while working directly with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

The successful candidate will bring approximately 5 years of relevant IAM implementation, support or technical consulting experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in at least one of SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta. Expertise across all three platforms is not required. The emphasis is on technical implementation capability, sound identity security fundamentals, troubleshooting, documentation and successful client delivery.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, integration, deployment and ongoing support of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Deliver hands‑on implementations using at least one of SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta, aligned to client requirements and approved technical designs.
• Gathering and analyising business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, solution designs, configurations and implementation documentation.
• Implement and support Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, account correlation and reconciliation.
• Configure and support roles, entitlements, access policies, requests, approvals, certifications and access reviews where supported by the selected platform.
• Build and maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, applications, databases and APIs using platform connectors and standard integration methods.
• For Okta engagements, configure and support application integrations, lifecycle management and provisioning, authentication and access policies, SSO/MFA, APIs, SCIM and Okta Workflows where required.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, workflow, connector and integration issues, and support upgrades, maintenance, health checks and optimisation activities where applicable.
• Plan and support system, integration and user acceptance testing, including defect investigation and resolution.
• Produce technical documentation such as solution designs, configuration documents, runbooks, SOPs and implementation records.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to client stakeholders and internal teams, and manage expectations throughout delivery.
• Contribute to project planning, estimates, delivery tracking, status reporting and risk or issue management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Essential

• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in IAM, enterprise identity implementation/support, systems integration or technical consulting.
• Strong hands‑on implementation and support experience in at least one of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, or Okta.
• Practical understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, JML, access governance and RBAC.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with Active Directory/LDAP, cloud directories, HR systems, databases and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML. SCIM, SAML or OpenID Connect experience is particularly relevant to Okta‑focused delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across identity workflows, connectors, provisioning and integrations.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and supporting testing and deployment activities.
• Confident client‑facing communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Platform‑specific experience

• SailPoint: hands‑on delivery with Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ, including relevant workflows, connectors, roles/policies, transforms or equivalent configuration. Java, BeanShell/JavaScript and SQL are advantageous for IdentityIQ work.
• Saviynt: hands‑on delivery with Saviynt EIC/IGA, including lifecycle management, access request workflows, integrations, correlation/reconciliation, RBAC, entitlements, SoD and certification campaigns.
• Okta: hands‑on delivery with application integrations, lifecycle management/provisioning, authentication and access policies, SSO/MFA, APIs, SCIM and/or Workflows. Okta Identity Governance experience is advantageous where governance is in scope.

Desirable

• Experience across more than one IAM/IGA platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM integrations.
• Exposure to security, audit, governance or compliance requirements.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants or contributing to reusable delivery standards.
