Techrytera AB söker en senior Business Analyst med djup kompetens inom custody för uppdrag hos vår klient i Solna. Du leder komplexa analyser, bygger relationer och koordinerar intressenter på alla nivåer, från analys till implementering.

Du har lång erfarenhet av custody-processer och transformationer, samt stark leveransfokus. Språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska krävs. Tjänsten är 100% och startdatum 2026-11-16, med slutdatum 2027-11-10.

Job Description

We are looking for a senior, self-driven, and forward-leaning individual with deep Custody domain expertise. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who is comfortable working independently, taking the lead in complex analysis, and influencing and coordinating stakeholders at all levels.

Required experience and capabilities:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Custody domain.
• Deep understanding of Custody processes, products, and operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong delivery focus with the ability to create structure and drive progress in complex environments.
• Technical background and experience working closely with technology teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership from analysis through implementation.

Strongly preferred experience:

• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of tax reporting within Custody is a strong preference.
• Experience with QI, TRACE and/or KU reporting is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience working with SRD II, global markets, custody data models, and vendor solutions such as Broadridge, ISS, or equivalent -voting/disclosure platforms would be highly advantageous.
• Practical understanding of how tax-reporting requirements translate into operational processes, business requirements, and system solutions is highly valued.
