Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Senior Backend Software Developer for Data Collection. You will own the full development lifecycle of data platform components powering industrial IoT solutions and contribute to the Atlas Copco Data Collection platform (ACDC).

You will join a cross-functional agile team of about six developers and testers, delivering high-quality, customer-centric software in two‑week sprints. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Product Owner and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience with data collection in large-scale, complex systems.
• Strong C# development skills.
• Relational databases experience (SQL/Postgres).
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum) and with version control (Git).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full development lifecycle from design to release.
• Collaborates in a cross-functional agile team of ~6 developers and testers.
• Contributes to architecture, implementation, testing and deployment for data collection platform.
• Works in two-week sprints with close cooperation with the Product Owner to ensure quality.
