Role overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a heavy focus on Backend who excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Your work will directly influence our product and its users. You should possess the ability to develop and implement new features across the entire technology stack while fostering effective teamwork.
You will collaborate closely with our hands‑on CTO and team to plan and develop the platform. Autonomy and decision‑making are highly valued traits in this role.

While full stack capability is required, we're specifically seeking someone with strong backend expertise in any statically typed programming language, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop the application in close collaboration with the CTO, team, and stakeholders
• Ensure scalability of the application
• Database optimization, infrastructure architecture, and cloud solutions
• Ensure operability of the application
• Testing, code architecture, and technical support

Requirements

• Drive to learn, teach, and build exceptional products
• Strong proficiency in any statically typed programming language (Go is highly valued)
• Strong proficiency in relational databases and cloud infrastructure (PostgreSQL and AWS is highly valued)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is highly valued
• Experience with various testing frameworks to ensure high quality code releases
• Effective collaborator with the ability to work independently and autonomously
• Ability to maintain and develop React codebases, or strong willingness to learn

Process

The recruitment process is as follows:

• Initial Chat (~15 minutes): Brief conversation for mutual evaluation and fit assessment
• Technical Discussion (~45 minutes): In-depth technical conversation covering topics such as ChainTraced infrastructure, previous work experience, or relevant technical subjects
• Technical Assessment (~1.5 hours): Collaborative on‑site pair programming session where you lead the problem‑solving process. Alternative home assignment available if preferred
• Offer Discussion: Final stage covering compensation, terms, and next steps
