Job summary

Convergys in Sweden seeks a senior, hands-on Cloud Solution Architect (V-CSA) to support enterprise and regulated customers through Microsoft Global Delivery, focusing on Azure DevOps Services and on-premises Azure DevOps Server with strong CI/CD and hybrid DevOps expertise.

GitHub experience is valuable but not the core; you will design, deliver, operate, and modernize DevOps across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, with emphasis on security and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Server / TFS in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services, including repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitHub or GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD across hybrid or on-premises environments.
• Familiarity with TFVC for legacy Azure DevOps Server.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, networking, identity, and platform dependencies.
• Scripting in YAML and at least one of PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Customer-facing delivery experience and strong stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English and Swedish; Swedish citizenship and security-clearance readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, assessments, pilots, production deployments, and remediation activities.
• Act as trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders in complex environments.
• Design, deploy, operate, and modernize DevOps across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and governance controls.
• Collaborate with CSAMs, Global Delivery teams, partners, product engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
