Cyber Instincts AB is expanding its network of senior cybersecurity consultants focused on the automotive industry. The role involves working on assignments with OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers to secure embedded vehicle systems.

Ideal candidates have several years of automotive or embedded cybersecurity experience, deep knowledge of ISO 21434 and TARA, and familiarity with CAN, LIN and Ethernet protocols. Opportunities to influence security architecture and advisory engagements are available.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in automotive or embedded systems cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of ISO 21434 and TARA methodology.
Experience with UNECE R155/R156 regulations.
Experience with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet.

Responsibilities

Conduct threat analyses and risk assessments (TARA) per ISO 21434.
Ensure compliance with UNECE R155/R156 throughout development processes.
Design and review security architectures for embedded automotive platforms (AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, Linux/QNX).
Support security assessments and advisory work with development teams, OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Work with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet.
