Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java and Kotlin programming skills.
• Experience with Android Framework concepts, including user profiles, permissions, and application lifecycle.
• Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or AOSP.
• Experience developing and maintaining test automation using Python.
• Strong Git and Linux experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development automation.
• Basic C++ knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in large and complex codebases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications and features for automotive infotainment systems.
• Work with AAOS and AOSP environments.
• Develop profile management and multi-user functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing features.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Python.
• Troubleshoot issues across Android application and platform layers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, team tooling and development automation.
• Navigate large and complex code repositories.
• Support Android version upgrades and platform uplifts.
• Drive technical improvements and take ownership of solutions.
• Navigate lower-level platform code using basic C++ knowledge.
