Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Principal/Senior Analytical Consultant for a pegylated enzyme program on a remote basis, with hybrid work options. The role requires SME-level analytical development expertise and hands-on SEC-HPLC experience focused on Phase 3 registration activities.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD (or MSc with substantial experience), have 10–15 years in the industry, and a proven track record supporting unlicensed medicines toward FDA registration. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• PhD (or MSc with substantial project experience) in a relevant scientific field.
• Proven SME level in analytical development for pegylated enzyme programs.
• Hands-on SEC-HPLC method development experience essential, Phase 3 focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage analytical strategy for a pegylated enzyme program.
• Provide SME guidance across project teams.
• Lead and support SEC-HPLC method development/validation for Phase 3.
• Assess analytical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Participate in project/scientific teams and advise on development strategies.
• Support the client as directed and collaborate across offices.
