Job summary

Froda in Stockholm is seeking a Senior AML Analyst to handle complex AML/CTF cases across our partners. The role involves performing due diligence and quality reviews to ensure compliance with Froda's standards and regulatory obligations.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in AML/CTF within regulated financial institutions, as well as strong analytical skills and fluency in English. This position offers a competitive compensation package, a vibrant workplace, and the flexibility of hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AML/CTF, financial crime prevention or compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Worked with customers and partners across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and quality reviews of distribution partners.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex AML cases.
• Run QA controls and sample checks across CDD, EDD and ODD.

Skills

5+ years of experience in AML/CTF

Knowledge of CDD, EDD and risk assessments

Ability to engage with internal stakeholders

Fluency in English

Proficiency in a Nordic language, French, Italian or Spanish
