Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer in Sweden. You will own backend development, infrastructure, and key features from concept to launch, leveraging Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered tools to build scalable solutions.

You will collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to set architecture and drive product growth. You will work in a lean, autonomous team, contributing to both back-end and frontend paths with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and performance

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend or full-stack experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript with production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and DB performance.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience with automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).
• Familiar with AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product features end-to-end from ideation to release and analysis.
• Research market trends and propose features to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript; contribute to frontend as needed.
• Collaborate on architecture and technical direction with the Tech Lead.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Develop AI-native engineering environments and agentic coding workflows.
• Establish testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
• Own technical initiatives and continuously improve product quality.
