Job summary

Ericsson AB in Stockholm (Kista) invites applications for a 12-month paid assignment within Enterprise Security. You will support governance, risk, compliance, and reporting across the region, and build dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-powered tools to transform security data into actionable insights.

Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.

• Analyze security data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare executive presentations and management summaries for key stakeholders.
• Explore how AI and automation can improve efficiency, reporting, and governance processes.

About the Opportunity

Join Ericsson's Enterprise Security team and support initiatives that strengthen security governance, risk management, compliance, and reporting across the region. What You'll Do

• Support security governance, compliance, risk, and reporting activities across EMEA.
• Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-powered tools that improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support Country and Customer Unit Security Managers in adopting new tools and ways of working.
• Contribute to security risk and compliance assessments across different markets.
• Analyze security data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare executive presentations and management summaries for key stakeholders.
• Explore how AI and automation can improve efficiency, reporting, and governance processes.

Who You Are

• Strong potential, excited to learn, solve problems, and make an impact.
• Recently graduated or in the early stages of your professional career.
• Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Political Science, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in security, governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Curious about AI, analytics, and automation.
• Comfortable working with data and translating information into insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in an international environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
