Job summary

Paligo is seeking a Security & AI Governance Lead to own the ISMS under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and govern how AI is built and used across our platform. You’ll automate repetitive work and lead security reviews of AI grounding infrastructure, collaborating with engineering and Legal to meet GDPR and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in information security, risk, or compliance.
• Hands-on ISO 27001 ISMS experience: audits, evidence, risk assessments, policy maintenance.
• Working knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bias for automating work with scripts, APIs, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep ISO 27001 ISMS running: documentation, audits, evidence collection, external audit prep.
• Maintain risk register and run risk assessments across platform and AI infrastructure.
• Govern AI: internal use controls, documentation, and customer commitments aligned with EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001.
