About the Role

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Object Leader to join a mature Agile team within the automotive industry. The team is engaged in schematics and cable harness development for bus chassis, with a key focus on eMobility initiatives.

This role combines Agile leadership and technical coordination, ensuring efficient delivery of engineering projects related to electrical systems and vehicle development. You will act as the central coordination point between stakeholders and the design team, driving progress, managing risks, and ensuring milestone delivery.

A strong emphasis is placed on team engagement, collaboration, and maintaining a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on activities related to test vehicle components.
• Plan, manage, and oversee the creation of schematics and cable harnesses.
• Monitor project performance, track deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Secure delivery of project milestones and ensure timelines are met.
• Provide regular updates on status, risks, and progress in project meetings.
• Support the design and engineering teams in daily operations and project execution.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
• Promote and maintain a high-performing, positive, and engaged team environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support line organization activities.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and design.
• Proven experience in project coordination, planning, and follow-up.
• Strong ability to work in cross-functional and project-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large-scale engineering, automotive, or industrial organizations is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cable harness design tools (e.g., Saber) is considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.

Education
