Job summary

You will act as the link between R&D and manufacturing, overseeing design reviews, new product introductions, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Track record of taking products from development into series production.
• Hands-on, analytical, and structured.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface between R&D and production.
• Contribute to design reviews with a strong DFM perspective.
• Lead the introduction of new products into production (NPI).
• Design and implement production lines, assembly processes, tooling, and test setups.
• Ensure processes are fully embedded before handover to operations.
• Drive reductions in cycle time, scrap, and variability.
