Job summary

Deploja-Ab seeks an expert in SAP testing and automation to define and implement large-scale automation strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will lead roadmap development, governance, and KPI reporting, working across business, product, testing, and partner teams. Strong Agile experience is essential.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Expected collaboration across multiple enterprise teams and continuous improvement initiatives in testing practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP testing and automation experience across large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Ability to define and implement automation strategies and roadmaps.

Job description

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience defining and implementing test automation strategies for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP testing and test automation, including roadmap development, phased implementation planning, and governance.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, surveys, and stakeholder discussions to identify testing challenges, business needs, and automation opportunities.
• Experience in test assessment and optimization, including re-baselining automated test scenarios, coverage models, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business, product, testing, development, platform, operations, and implementation partner teams.
• Solid understanding of business processes and end-to-end SAP landscapes, with the ability to translate business requirements into testing priorities.
• Experience establishing and reporting test automation KPIs and metrics, such as automation coverage, execution efficiency, defect detection effectiveness, and release quality.
• Proven experience defining and implementing test automation strategies for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP testing and test automation, including roadmap development, phased implementation planning, and governance.
• Experience working in Agile product organizations and complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote adoption of testing best practices across product teams.
