Job summary

SSAB in Sweden seeks an experienced SAP Security Manager to strengthen the security of the SAP landscape and own governance, security architecture, and risk management across SAP applications. You will collaborate with Group IT and security teams, shaping security decisions and guiding IT/OT integration across manufacturing environments, driving secure-by-design practices in transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive cybersecurity experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on SAP security expertise in complex enterprise environments, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Familiarity with IT/OT convergence and pragmatic security improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP cybersecurity governance and architecture across the SAP landscape.
• Define and maintain SAP security strategy, standards, controls and operating model.
• Lead development of the SAP security roadmap including risk management, compliance, and audits.
• Own SAP authorization concepts, role models, and SoD controls.
• Lead identity lifecycle and access governance processes and reviews.
• Provide security guidance for major transformation programs.
• Develop the roadmap for SAP and OT cybersecurity governance and IT/OT convergence.
• Support vulnerability management, risk remediation across SAP platforms
