Job summary

Bytespoke seeks a Senior SAP S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden. The role is hybrid with flexible work-from-home options and focuses on migrating SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA within the Nordic CRM team.

You will configure SAP CRM, support the migration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing solutions while documenting requirements and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA migrations.

Job Opportunity: Senior SAP S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant to join a Customer IT Nordic team within the Billing & CRM department.

The team develops and maintains solutions based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM, supporting business operations across the Nordic region.

The organization is currently preparing for a migration from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA and is looking to strengthen its existing CRM team with an experienced functional consultant.

The preparation phase is expected to continue until December, with the migration planned for the following year.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, maintain, and enhance SAP CRM solutions.
• Support the migration from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA.
• Work with SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing functionalities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Document business processes and functional specifications.
• Support integrations, middleware, and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and support system performance optimization.
• Coach and support colleagues through knowledge sharing.
