We are hiring SAP Functional Specialistfor Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Specialist with deep expertise in SAP Logistics Execution and Sales & Distribution (SD) to own the Inbound & Outbound B2B backbone . The role covers the full software implementation life cycle , from SAP configuration through testing, deployment and go-live support , while resolving complex issues and optimizing existing solutions for performance and efficiency. Experience within Retail organizations and SAP ECC integration with SAP EWM and 3PL WMS systems is central to the role.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Solution Design: Manage the full software implementation lifecycle—including SAP configuration, testing, deployments, and gap analysis—while designing custom solutions and exploring alternative approaches.

B2B Backbone & Support: Own, optimize, and resolve complex issues related to the Inbound & Outbound B2B backbone, and deliver user training, documentation, and go-live support.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years within SAP Logistics Execution / SD , including 3 implementations and 2 support projects .
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM , specifically STO (Stock Transport Order) processes.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC integration with SAP EWM and 3PL WMS systems.
• Strong experience in Warehouse to Store and Warehouse to Warehouse inventory moves.
• Experience working with or within Retail clients or organizations; strong understanding of overall Supply Chain / logistical processes .
• Proficiency in SAP LE and SAP SD configuration ; strong understanding of SD-MM and SD-FI integration.
• Good understanding of Wholesale business processes and solution configuration in SAP.
• Strong experience in major enhancements involving RICEFW objects using APIs , BAPIs/BADIs .
• Experience in e-transport solutions.
• Merit: ABAP debugging skills; hands‑on experience in integration with external systems .
• Merit: Experience within Agile ways of working; good MS Office skills for documenting and presenting design improvements.
• Merit: Experience working with S/4HANA ; experience in SAP Retail .
