Qualifications

• Very strong proficiency in Ansible and Terraform.
• Solid experience with OpenStack or similar private cloud platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux environments, especially RHEL-based.
• Experience designing and operating production-grade SaaS infrastructure.
• Prior management or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational discussions and staffing tasks for the Infrastructure & Tooling team.
• Define and evolve SaaS service platform architecture following guidelines.
• Drive automation efforts and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.
• Ensure platform high availability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate to align architecture with business needs.
