Job summary

Alstom in Stockholm seeks a Requirements Management Engineer to lead requirement activities for railway control systems. You will be the key RM user, guiding engineers across programs and ensuring data quality in the RM database.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as requirement manager/engineer (Doors and Doors NG).
• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD).
• Experience in international teams.
• Experience in configuration and change management.
• Experience in embedded software and hardware development.
• Knowledge of railway safety standards (IEC61508/EN50128/EN60567/EN50129) preferred.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and be key user for Requirement Management tool.
• Drive the engineers in their requirements development activities.
• Verify the data quality & consistency in the Requirement Management database.
• Manage the requirements changes & configuration.
• Be the first line contact for Requirement Management queries.
