Job summary

RWS is seeking Generative Audio Evaluation Specialists to join a flexible freelance project evaluating AI-generated audio for short video tasks. You will work remotely from Sweden, part-time with 10+ hours per week and a negotiable schedule.

As part of the evaluation team, you will assess audio quality, lip-sync, caption compliance, and voice naturalness, following detailed guidelines. Native Swedish fluency and keen listening are essential, with access to good headphones and reliable equipment.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Swedish.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines.
• Good understanding of spoken language, audio quality and context.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated audio for short video and text-to-audio tasks, following project guidelines.
• Assess speech, background music, and sound effects for clarity, quality, and naturalness.
• Evaluate synchronization between audio and video, including lip-sync and timing.
• Check whether generated audio follows provided text captions and task requirements.
• Evaluate whether generated voices sound natural and match reference audio; assign accurate scores.
