• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact for assigned customers.
• Lead and deliver service projects with scope, schedule, cost, resources, and quality.
• Manage commercial aspects of customer contracts, including planning and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and system performance.
• Collaborate globally and travel as needed.
