Job summary

Moleculent is seeking a Senior Computational Biology Scientist to drive data analysis for customer and internal validation projects in Solna, Sweden. You will design study frameworks, interpret results, and communicate with wet-lab scientists, the Applications Team Lead, and R&D to ensure high-quality data insights.

Responsibilities include image preprocessing, cell segmentation, spatial metrics extraction, and delivering standardized reports for clients.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, image analysis, spatial omics, or related field.
• Postdoc in a relevant field is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to present data clearly in writing and oral presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and interpret analysis strategies to support application development and pilot studies.
• Execute image preprocessing, cell segmentation, and spatial metrics extraction.
• Compile and visualize results into standardized reports for internal use and customer delivery.
• Collaborate on refining methods, troubleshooting, and prototyping new analysis metrics.
• Ensure data traceability and compliance with data packaging standards.
