ComAp Scandinavia AB in Gothenburg is seeking an energetic Technical and Sales Application Engineer to support the Scandinavian market. The role centers on deep product knowledge, configuring and programming ComAp control systems across various industries.

You will work closely with the sales team to support customers during meetings and on-site visits, while traveling across Scandinavia. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years in a technical role, and

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
3+ years of experience in a similar technical role.
Familiarity with PLCs or microprocessor-based controls and programming logic.
Ability to think analytically and propose innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel regularly within Scandinavia.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Turn-key projects: inspection, installation, commissioning and configuration of ComAp control systems.
Provide technical support to customers, including service trips and training.
Troubleshoot and solve complex issues using simulators and real-world apps.
Create and review wiring diagrams, schematics and documentation.
Collaborate with sales manager and support sales during visits and meetings.
Deliver in-house and on-site training for customers.
Travel to support projects across Scandinavia.
