Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist, Case Processing, to manage daily adverse event case processing, coding with MedDRA, and case narratives. You will determine seriousness and expectedness at both event and case levels, and prepare precise medical narratives for regulatory reporting.

We value strong English and Swedish communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team in a hybrid Sweden-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
• Preferred: advanced degree, RN, RPh, PharmD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Daily case processing of adverse event cases using MedDRA and determining seriousness and expectedness.
• Perform follow-up to identify information needed during follow-up.
• Create and review case narratives.
• Provide client notifications for case management.
• Support development of training materials and delivery.
