Job summary

Ethos is seeking deal team associates to help train AI language models on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks across investment memos, LBO outputs, portfolio reviews, and LP materials in a flexible remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in private equity deal roles, expert PowerPoint skills, and excellent written communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in investment committee materials, portfolio reporting and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (investment memos, decks, LBO model pages, portfolio reviews, 100-day plans, LP reports, exit prep).
• Ensure clarity, accuracy and compelling storytelling in every deck for investors and stakeholders.
