Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking Civil Engineering Experts with practical experience in construction or infrastructure to design realistic tasks for evaluating AI agents.

You will interpret tender documents, prepare cost estimates, takeoffs and budgets, and create reference solutions with traceable calculations and justified assumptions.

This remote, part-time contract runs about 20 hours per week with immediate start and compensation of US$30–60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, tender preparation, or technical project review.
• Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic civil engineering tasks based on construction workflows.
• Interpret tender documents, technical specs, drawings, schedules, and pricing.
• Prepare and verify quantity schedules, takeoffs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
