Black Pen Recruitment seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect for a leading Microsoft partner. The role focuses on designing and delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with hands-on leadership across onshore and offshore teams.

Relocation to Malta is provided with visa and relocation package. The role involves presales activities, architecture design, and input to business development, with opportunities to mentor staff and influence high-level decisions.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and architecture.
• Power Platform and Azure capabilities with architect-level certifications.
• Experience leading multi-region Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong pre-sales experience and solution governance.
• Graduate from a recognized university in computing/IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients.
• Champion SME for Microsoft stack across technical and functional areas.
• Lead architecture design and presales activities; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Present to senior executives and drive business development opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery and risk management across projects.
