About The Role

WEKA is seeking a high-caliber, mission-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion within the Northern Europe territory. Specifically targeting the Nordic region, this role will be cross vertical focused on acquiring net new logos that require High-Performance Computing (HPC) or Generative AI for critical workloads; you will position WEKA as the bedrock of the modern intelligence data stack.

Responsibilities Include
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
  • Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
  • Interface at many levels of WEKA senior management
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT Sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling $5M+ infrastructure or data solutions into the intelligence community
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
  • Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
