Job summary

ManoMotion AB is seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision Engineer to develop robust, high-performance vision solutions for real-world apps and to own customer integrations end-to-end. You will blend ML with advanced image analysis, tracking, geometry, and calibration to ensure reliable products.

Collaboration with AI engineers on model training and system-level logic is essential for success. The role emphasizes production-ready software, latency optimization, and on-site deployment

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in CS/CV/EE/Robotics or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in computer-vision or AI-based product development.
• Strong knowledge of image processing, detection, segmentation, tracking, geometry, and camera systems.
• Proficient with Python and OpenCV, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design complete computer-vision solutions combining AI/ML with image processing and tracking.
• Develop algorithms for image analysis, object detection, segmentation, motion analysis, pose estimation, and tracking.
• Build pre-processing and post-processing layers around AI models to improve accuracy and robustness.
• Analyse failure cases and decide on model or system-level fixes.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers on model architecture, training, testing, and datasets.
• Integrate trained models into reliable, real-time computer-vision systems.
• Optimize vision pipelines for latency, frame rate, memory usage, and edge hardware.
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer solutions and integrations.
• Produce maintainable, testable, production-quality software.
