Job summary

Saab AB in Sweden seeks a Software Developer (C++ / Real-Time / High-Performance) for Fighter Radar Design. You will build advanced radar application software with focus on performance, reliability, and correctness across the full software lifecycle.

Collaborate with system engineers, participate in requirements refinement, and help drive agile practices. Applicants should have a degree in a related field and proven C++/Linux experience in complex systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (CS/SE/Engineering Physics)
Solid programming experience in C++ or a system-oriented language or strong motivation to develop in C++
Experience in Linux-based development environments
Understanding of modern software development practices including version control and CI/CD
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
