Gimi is a small team building the financial infrastructure banks use to teach kids and teens how to handle money—real accounts, real payments, real habits.

As a React Native Engineer you'd join our mobile team at a point where the work is concrete and shipping fast: right now that means our end-to-end allowance system — the weekly pocket money flow that runs for thousands of families, from parent setup to the ledger that tracks every transfer.

Qualifications

• Shipped real React Native apps to production.
• Able to code in JS/TS and work with Node.
• Build with AI tools day to day and have opinions on where they help or hinder.
• Able to explain a technical decision you made and why.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in the React Native app, beyond maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, or other engineers.
• Make trade-off calls when edge cases arise in recurring flows.
• Leverage AI tools as a core part of scoping and shipping.
• Write clean, maintainable code that teammates can pick up easily.
